Operating Assistance and Traveler Information System (SAEIV)
The purpose of the Operating Assistance System is to have real-time information on the network and to have direct interaction with personnel. The buses are equipped with GPS which shows the exact point and frequency interval between the line buses to provide high quality service. All this included in a control room with the motorization of the entire network.
For travelers: they are provided with "real time" information to users in different ways: in the App and at stops thanks to digital panels on the transit time of different lines.

ALSA has established a partnership with Google Transit for the distribution of the public transport network on the Maps platform. This is a first at the national level, the implementation on smartphones and on the PC version of the Google maps application which indicates the location of the buses and gives the timetables and the time of passage by stop of all routes. All this goes with the aim of digitalization, the modernity of the transport system and to make the service more accessible.
